客服專員

崗位職責(zé)：負(fù)責(zé)快件售后工作，接聽電話，處理快件客訴投訴工單、快件查詢等。 崗位要求： 1、熟悉辦公軟件 2、普通話流利，善于溝通，有親和力，表達(dá)清晰，有良好的的服務(wù)意識，為人誠懇，吃苦耐勞。責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，有良好的的抗壓能力及團(tuán)隊合作精神！ 3、有類似客服經(jīng)驗或熟悉快遞物流業(yè)者優(yōu)先錄取，待遇從優(yōu)。
